DeckRescue Pros started where the name says: fixing decks around Akron. Heaved footings in Brunswick clay, rotted ledgers behind Cuyahoga Falls colonials, railings in Stow you could wobble with one hand. Years of repair work teach you deck failure inside and out. You see exactly which corner was cut twenty years ago and exactly what it cost the homeowner today.

New construction is now the core of our business, and the repair background is what sets our builds apart. Every footing goes below Ohio's frost line because we've re-set hundreds that didn't. Every ledger is through-bolted and membrane-flashed because we've rebuilt the rot behind the ones that weren't. Every rail post is bolted, not nailed, because we've been the ones called after a Fourth of July scare.

How We Work

• Fixed written quotes. One number, in writing, covering materials, labor, permits, and haul-away. It doesn't move after you sign.
• Permits on every build that needs one. We handle the drawings, applications, and inspections. A deck without a final inspection becomes a liability at resale.
• 10-year workmanship warranty. In writing, transferable if you sell. Material warranties (up to 50 years on composite) come on top.
• Local crews. We build across Summit, Medina, Stark, and Portage counties, and most job sites are within 30 minutes of Akron.
